Buyers must adhere to the stated policies for refund eligibility. As a buyer, you can request a refund for the transaction amount, which is your sole and exclusive remedy. If the delivery is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe outlined in the Transaction or the time specified in the Policies, whichever is earlier, you can initiate a refund claim using the features on the Circle & Square platform. It's important to note that if you don't initiate a refund claim within the specified timeframe, you won't be eligible for a refund.
For transactions involving electronic payments, the refund will be processed using a payment method such as NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) within 7 working days.
Except for transactions involving cash on delivery, any refunds will be credited back to the original issuing bank within 7 working days.
If the transaction was completed using cash on delivery, any refunds, if applicable, will be provided via a demand draft in the name of the Buyer (based on the registration details provided by the Buyer).
All refunds will be made in Indian Rupees and will be equivalent to the received transaction amount.
It's important to understand that refunds are subject to certain conditions and are recourseable as determined by Circles & Square.
