Return and Replacement Policy
If you find your order unsatisfactory, please feel free to return it within 3-4 days of receiving it. This will enable us to either issue you a full refund or arrange for an exchange. Typically, items returned for a refund must be in new and sellable condition, as we determined. However, we understand that sometimes products might have concealed flaws from the manufacturer, and we're willing to consider reasonable requests.

Our Replacement Guarantee is designed to assist customers unsatisfied with their purchases on the Circle & Square platform. If, during delivery or within 3-4 days from delivery, you discover any defects in the product/s, you can request a replacement for the product/s from Circle & Square.

Circles & Squares reserves the right to take legal or criminal action against users who submit invalid or false claims or provide misleading information. Apart from legal action, Circles & Squares may, at its discretion, suspend, block, restrict, or cancel the display name of such users, disqualifying them from the program’s protection.
Any individual who knowingly and with intent to deceive, defraud, or harm submits a fraudulent complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be subject to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
